New to eatsleepdoodle and thinking about placing your first order? Well we’re here to help with a handy guide to get you started! We are so happy you are here. Independent retailers are a huge part of our story and we love working with small shops that value thoughtful products and creative gifting.
Before we get into the practical bits, here is a little more about what makes our doodle gifts feel special to customers.
The whole idea began with a simple thought. What if you could design your own duvet, wash it out and start again whenever inspiration struck. That spark led to our original doodle range and the creative concept behind everything we make.
From duvet covers to pillowcases to tablecloths, these doodle-it-yourself items were designed to give kids creative freedom and room for expression. And as we never want the fun to end, the wash-out pens were a no brainer!
This little idea then grew into the wonderful colour-in range that we have today, from placemats, pencil cases, bears, backpacks and more. Every gift comes with its own set of washable fabric pens and is made from 100 percent cotton. Colour, wash, repeat. It is creative play that can be enjoyed again and again. We know many parents are trying to choose more sustainable gifts for their families, so reusability has become one of our core principles ( and why buy a gift that you can only use once?!).
Our illustrations are educational and designed so that children can colour-in and learn together – packed with features to discover as they explore the fun designs. Our unique gift combination of education, sustainability, fun and reusability is hugely popular with parents, teachers and kids alike! Teachers and craft groups especially love using them for calm, screen free activities.
And unlike using permanent marker pens, with our magic wash out doodle pens, there is never a limit to how creative little ones can be. Simply colour, pop the gift on a warm machine wash, the ink disappears (and from everything else in the wash, too!) and they’re ready to be coloured, designed and personalised – again and again!

Placing your first order
To order your eatsleepdoodle products, simply get in touch with our Sales Manager, Niki, by phone on 07464262969 or by email at wholesale@eatsleepdoodle.com. She will send you an order form that you can fill in and return and help you select your first products.
Our gifts are sold in packs of either three or six per design. For example, a pack of six fairytales and legends placemats. We offer free shipping on all orders over £300. Our lead time is usually two to three working days and you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Many of our independent retailers start with a small selection of themes. A few packs of placemats, a couple of pillowcases and one or two best selling themes usually make a great first display.
Displaying your colour in gifts
Creating an eye catching display is one of the best ways to help your customers discover the magic of eatsleepdoodle. The range works beautifully in small spaces which makes it perfect for independent shops. Even a single shelf, a small table or a counter top corner can become a lovely creative moment that draws people in.

Ready for a top up
If your stock starts running low, it is very easy to reorder. Just contact us again and tell us what you need. Because our lead times are short, you will not need to hold large amounts of stock. This makes eatsleepdoodle a low risk range for small shops and a helpful addition during busy gifting seasons.
