Orders for next day delivery should be placed by midday.
What types of delivery do we offer and what do they cost?
STANDARD DELIVERY TO A UK ADDRESS IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £25
In the UK, we use good old Royal Mail or a courier service to deliver your order.
If you want next day delivery, you’ll normally need to place your order by midday. Next day delivery is only available Monday-Friday so orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
What happens if there’s no one to sign for a delivery?
Courier and Royal Mail tracked deliveries do require a signature and if you’re out, a contact card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection. If no contact is made with the courier or Royal Mail within 7 working days your parcel will automatically be returned to us and our delivery charge for re-despatch to you will include the courier's or Royal Mail’s two-way charge for returning your original parcel to us.
In the US, we use USPS Priority service to deliver your order and for other worldwide destinations we use either Royal Mail Airmail, Royal Mail Airsure tracked service or a courier service.
All customs and import duties will be your responsibility and are not included in our delivery charges.

If you order products from eatsleepdoodle for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Sorry to say we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you have any questions at all about deliveries, do pop them in an email to us and we'll get back to you pronto.
If you return a product to us, we’ll have a good old look at it and then let you know about your refund by e-mail.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We’ll usually refund using the same method you used to pay.
We aim to process this as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.
Products returned due to a defect will of course be refunded in full, including the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost you incurred by sending it back.
Products returned by you within the seven-day cooling-off period will be refunded, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Please take extra care to read our product care labels as we can’t accept items for refund or exchange if damage has been caused by incorrect washing.
To return an item to us, complete the returns section on the invoice dispatched with your order.

We’d always recommended you get proof of posting when returning a product. Sadly we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We will of course replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange your product for a replacement, just email us via the contact page.
